Microsoft Learn: Learn OKR Essentials with Viva Goals

Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Ally.io, I helped transform a successful live cohort training program into a scalable Microsoft Learn experience for the launch of Viva Goals. I authored assigned modules, designed knowledge checks, produced instructional videos, and helped shape the learning architecture with training, product, marketing, and design partners.

Articulate Storyline: Writing Effective OKRs

To expand my eLearning development skills, I converted an existing instructor-led training into an interactive Articulate Storyline module focused on writing effective OKRs. I restructured the content for self-paced learning, incorporated learner interactions and knowledge checks, and repurposed existing narration to create a cohesive learning experience.

Ally.io/Microsoft | 2021-2022

On-Demand Training: Software Essentials & Program Success

Originally developed as part of Ally.io's OKR Leadership Program, this instructor-led certification course was later transformed into an on-demand learning experience following Microsoft's acquisition of Ally.io. I scripted, recorded, narrated, and produced the training to preserve the instructional experience while making certification accessible to customers who couldn't attend live sessions.
