Microsoft | 2022Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Ally.io, I helped transform a successful live cohort training program into a scalable Microsoft Learn experience for the launch of Viva Goals. I authored assigned modules, designed knowledge checks, produced instructional videos, and helped shape the learning architecture with training, product, marketing, and design partners.

An interactive customer education module introducing the fundamentals of writing effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Viva Goals Support Library | Microsoft 2021-2023
Following Microsoft's acquisition of Ally.io, I authored and migrated customer-facing support content into the Microsoft Support ecosystem to provide scalable self-service resources for Viva Goals. The published documentation included onboarding guidance, administration resources, troubleshooting articles, and feature documentation to help users successfully adopt and administer the product.
